Is an 8 week program and ½ day retreat combining the skills of mindfulness and self-compassion, which is supported by a growing body of research. MSC creates a powerful tool for coping with difficulties in life.  MSC, teaches you to treat yourself like you would a good friend who is struggling. The result you learn to motivate yourself with kindness and compassion versus criticism.  In

MSC you learn how to:
•             stop being so hard on yourself
•             how to handle difficult emotions with greater ease
•             how to motivate yourself with encouragement rather than criticism
•             how to transform difficult relationships both old and new
•             mindfulness and self-compassion practices for home and everyday life
•             the theory and research behind mindful self-compassion
•             how to become your own best teacher
