MY TWEEN AND ME… is for parents, along with their children
ages 7 to 12
With new challenges ahead, learn how to build lasting
connections with your pre-teen in a safe and supportive group!
My Tween and Me is a facilitated program that provides
parents and their tweens with the knowledge, tools and support they need
during the child's transition to adolescence. This program will help you build
a positive relationship with your tween, that will help them make safe, healthy
choices now and during their teen years. My Tween And Me is for
both parents and tweens together, but will also help you to discover your own
skills and strengths as a parent while tweens connect with a mentor!
Thanks to an Inspiration Grant from the Réseaux Compassion Network, all groups are free!
