Ask a Nurse

Nursing Expertise, a Compassionate Ear

Due to Covid-19 we are providing limited, essential services at this time. We ask that all visitors call before coming to Youville      (204-255-4840)  so we can discuss your health issue and how best to navigate your care.

Youville Centre Hours including our Ask-A-Nurse Program may vary from day to day due to the evolving situation. Please always call ahead to confirm before arriving at Youville Centre.

By Participating in Youville’s Ask a Nurse Program, you will:

  • Have a compassionate nurse listen to your story: your worries, stresses, anxieties. We can help you get the right care
  • Have access to timely health counselling around nutrition, blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar concerns
  • Have the opportunity to drop in for testing: pregnancy, STI, pap, vaginitis
  • Have a safe place to talk about your sexuality

Youville’s Ask a Nurse Program is unique because:

  • Winnipeg’s nurse only run walk in-clinic
  • Safe place to seek care, GLBTTQ friendly
  • Experienced nurses: we know our stuff
  • Compassionate care: we really listen to you

Client Testimonial

If you are in the south end of Winnipeg, Youville on Dakota, across from St. Vital mall is a good place. Very clean, educated people that deal with a plethora of medical issues.
